Jessica Biel Restaurant

WhenJessica Bielannounced she was opening a kid-friendly restaurant, we were intrigued. And then, once we saw the colorful creations that started popping up on her Instagram feed, we were excited. And now that it looks like Au Fudge is finally slated to open in spring 2015, we’re beyond ecstatic!

“Be ready to get #fudged soon!!! Au Fudge finally got it’s permits!!” read the caption fromthe eatery’s Instagramwith a photo of permit approval.

The organic restaurant and bakery, which will be located at 9010 Melrose Ave. in West Hollywood, is expected to open “in early to mid-May,” a source tells PEOPLE. “They’ve run into the usual snags and delays any new restaurant owner has, but it looks like they’re on track now.”

Most recently, chef Vic Casanova — who was developing the menu with Biel and her partners — stepped away from the project, his rep tells PEOPLE: “There are no hard feelings on either side, it was just the right decision at this time. He wishes them all the best!”

A new chef has not yet been announced, but we hope many of the dishes they’ve been teasing on social media still make the menu.

Rainbow-Inspired Dishes

It looks like color is key for Biel and her Au Fudge business partnerEstee Stanley. From pasta to pies, they make the most of the color wheel.

Satisfying Sweets

Au Fudge’s motto may just be “save room for dessert”. Ice cream, pies, cakes, bars — they seem to have it all.

Comfort Food

But it may be hard to not to splurge with all the decadent dishes.Biel captioneda plate of pasta: “If there was a ‘delicious’ filter I wouldn’t have needed it. This pasta is outrageous & it lasted two seconds.”

Salads, Sandwiches…and Tea time!

Expect plenty of lunch staples to pop up like leafy green salads and fried artichoke sandwiches. And what little girl doesn’t love a tea party?
