Days afterFuller Housestar Loughlin and her husbandJ. Mossimo Giannullipleaded not guilty for their alleged involvement in the nationwide scandal, Olivia Jade, 19, was spotted hanging out with friends and fellow YouTube stars.
On Thursday evening, Olivia Jade spent time with pals, including YouTubers Heath Hussar and David Dobrik. In Hussar’s Instagram Story videos, the group laughed and talked in a large kitchen.

In one of the videos, Olivia Jade, who wore a black tank top and her hair styled down, could be seen smiling as she sat at the kitchen’s island.
According toTMZ, which first reported the news, the hangout was at Dobrik’s home in Studio City, California. Dobrik also recorded moments from the evening, including a group of guys singing as a song played in the background.
On Monday, PEOPLE confirmed that Loughlin, 54, and Giannulli, 55, pleaded not guilty to both charges they face: mail fraud and money laundering conspiracy. If convicted, they face up to 20 years in prison for each charge.
The couple waspreviously offered a plea agreement, but ultimately decided to reject the deal because they didn’t want to spend time in prison, a source told PEOPLE last week.

On March 12, the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Massachusetts announced that it had charged 50 people, including Loughlin and fellow actressFelicity Huffman,in the cheating scandal. The two actresses, along with coaches, admissions counselors and parents were accused of such alleged crimes as falsifying SAT scores and lying about the athletic skills of their children.
Loughlinallegedly wanted her daughters— she is also mom to Isabella Rose, 20 — to get into the University of Southern California so badly that she and Giannulli paid approximately $500,000 in bribes to falsely designate their daughters as recruits to the USC crew team — despite the fact that they did not participate in crew.
Huffman, 56, has decided toplead guilty. “I am in full acceptance of my guilt, and with deep regret and shame over what I have done, I accept full responsibility for my actions and will accept the consequences that stem from those actions,” she said in a statement. “I am ashamed of the pain I have caused my daughter, my family, my friends, my colleagues and the educational community,” she continued. “I want to apologize to them and, especially, I want to apologize to the students who work hard every day to get into college, and to their parents who make tremendous sacrifices to support their children and do so honestly. My daughter knew absolutely nothing about my actions, and in my misguided and profoundly wrong way, I have betrayed her. This transgression toward her and the public I will carry for the rest of my life. My desire to help my daughter is no excuse to break the law or engage in dishonesty.”
Loughlin and Giannulli have hired a team of high-profile attorneys to represent them in the case. Reps for Loughlin and Giannulli have not returned PEOPLE’s calls for comment.

“Olivia is hanging out with longtime friends, but that’s it,” the insider said. “She doesn’t want to go out in public.”
“Her boyfriend lives in Malibu, so she is spending time there, too,” the insider added of Jackson Guthy, a model.
