On Sunday, the actress, 41, shared aphoto to Instagramof her daughterMalti Marie, 2, giggling while lounging on her back in a ball pit while at a friend’s birthday party. She had her eyes closed and a smile on her face.
“R u kidding me?! 🥹😍@maltimarieis such a champ. She surprises me everyday [sic]. Fearless and spontaneous. Grateful and curious,” she wrote of her daughter.

“I think this will be a picture I will always remember to look at on a day I’m feeling blue. To remind myself of this moment. Do u have any such memories that you just want to pause in time?” she concluded the post, asking her followers to keep sharing the joy.
Earlier this month, her dadNick Jonasshared a video of the toddler in another ball pitto Instagramas part of a gallery of photos and videos of his life lately.
“Oh yeah Malti, good throws,” the singer, 31,cheered his daughteron as she threw colorful balls into the air.
The couple welcomed their daughter on Jan. 15, 2022 and later shared that she spent the first 100 days of her lifein the NICU.
In an exclusiveinterview with PEOPLE in 2023, Chopra Jonas got honest about the scary realities that come with parenting.
“Every single day you worry about what you can do wrong and what mistake you might make,” she said. “I look at [my daughter’s] smile, and I’m like, ‘Okay, okay. I’m doing good so far.’ It’s the greatest thing I’ve ever done, but it’s extremely scary.”
