Scientists at theLawrence Berkeley National Laboratorybelieve they have made such a state - of - the - graphics plastic capable of being recycled over and over again with no loss to quality .

“ Most plastics were never made to be recycled , ” said lead author Peter Christensen , a postdoctoral research worker at Berkeley Lab ’s Molecular Foundry .   “ But we have detect a new way to assemble plastics that take recycling into thoughtfulness from a molecular position . ”
